Do you provide delivery and setup?
Yes. Delivery, full setup, takedown, and on-site staff support are included with each booking. We arrive before your scheduled start time so the simulator is ready when guests begin playing, then handle takedown after the event.
What space is needed for the simulator?
We need a space of approximately 18 feet by 15 feet to set up the mobile golf simulator, along with access to a standard power source. Beyond that, Par-Tee Time handles the logistics for a smooth setup and takedown process.
Will someone stay during the event?
Yes. A Par-Tee Time team member stays on site to operate the simulator, assist guests, answer questions, help with gameplay, and keep the experience running smoothly.
Is it beginner friendly?
Absolutely. The simulator is made for all skill levels, from first-time golfers to experienced players. The on-site host helps guests get started and keeps the experience easy, social, and fun.
Do guests need to bring equipment?
No. Par-Tee Time brings the simulator, balls, technology, accessories, and one set of adult right-handed clubs. Guests are welcome to bring their own clubs if they prefer.
Are left-handed, kids, or women's clubs available?
Yes. Left-handed, kids, and women's club sets are available to rent as add-ons for $50 per set.
What does it cost?
Packages start at $400 for 2 hours, $600 for 4 hours, and $800 for 6 hours. Each package includes the mobile simulator setup, event support, equipment, delivery, setup, and takedown.
What happens if there is a technical issue?
The on-site host is there for the full rental and will troubleshoot right away if anything comes up, so guests can keep playing and the event stays on track.
